Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Beatseam is provided by [Your Company Ltd], a company registered in Ireland (company number [number]), registered office [address] ("we", "us"). Contact: .

2. What Beatseam does

Beatseam is software that runs in your web browser. It analyses audio files you choose and creates a continuous mix from them. Audio processing happens on your device. We do not receive, upload, store, host or distribute your music files or your mixes.

3. Your music and your responsibility

You may only use Beatseam with audio files that you have the legal right to use. You are solely responsible for the files you add, the mixes you create, and anything you do with them, including copying, publishing, broadcasting, streaming or playing them in public. Beatseam does not grant you any rights in any music. Publishing a mix or playing it in public may require licences from rights holders or collecting societies.

You must not use Beatseam to infringe anyone's copyright or other rights, or to circumvent technical protection measures such as DRM.

4. Purchases

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.

Plans: a single-mix credit allows one full-length paid export (with free re-export of the same mix within 24 hours); Pro allows unlimited paid exports while your subscription is active; Lifetime allows unlimited paid exports for the life of the product. Free use allows unlimited preview and exports up to the length and quality shown on our pricing page.

5. Licence keys

After purchase you receive a licence key. Keep it safe; it is how you restore your plan on another device. Licences are for personal use by one person and may not be shared, resold or published.

6. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass plan limits, interfere with our services, overload them, reverse engineer our licensing system, or use automated means to access our API.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Beatseam available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features or these terms; material changes will be announced on this site.

8. Liability

Beatseam is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any claim arising from music you use or mixes you create or distribute. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
